Hello friends! As we spring forward, it's time to gather at Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center for our semi-annual Open (Hot)House!
What's Open (Hot)House? It's an opportunity for our students and artists show off their work in an informal, fun event, open to the entire community. Watch fire arts in action as our instructors do blacksmithing, neon, flameworking, and other demos. We'll also have hands-on activities and a new exhibit in our gallery featuring the works of artists from our partner, MSS. These artists have been studying glass bead making, metal casting, enameling, and blacksmithing with us and are excited to share their creations. And outdoor fun is always in season with the hot moves of fire performers from the Full Moon Fire Jams!
There's something for everyone at the Open (Hot)House and it's a great opportunity to check out this neighborhood resource. Come see what we've been up to at CAFAC. Snacks and refreshments too!
